Great place to live, and the maintenance team are very good and friendly.
There was this guy named Peter, who helped out a lot at the front desk. He was super nice and really helpful and also helped me a lot with my questions. I highly recommend speaking with him if you ever have any doubt or worry about anything, bro a G.
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with management at Crestwood. I moved in about two weeks after the official move-in day, and the apartment was in very poor condition. Management told me that a cleaning crew had already gone through the apartment and suggested that the mess may have been caused by one of my new roommates. However, I asked the roommate who moved in on move-in day, and he told me the apartment was already in that condition when he arrived.

Move-in condition and move-out charges at The Crestwood
The Crestwood holds a 3.7 rating across 478 Google reviews. The theme raised most is money at the end of a lease. Many residents report deposit deductions, cleaning fees and other charges after moving out, and say those charges were hard to sort out with the office.
The second theme is unit condition on arrival. Several reviewers describe apartments that needed a full cleaning before they could settle in. Trouble reaching the office by phone comes up alongside both complaints.
The praise is just as specific. Residents and visitors single out the front desk team as friendly and helpful, and some say the staff go out of their way with questions.
Private-room student apartments near BYU and UVU
The company describes The Crestwood as a student community a few minutes from downtown Provo, UVU and BYU. Its website names 2- and 4-bedroom floor plans with private bedrooms. Amenities it names include a fitness center, a hot tub open all year and a sand volleyball court, with the office open Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday.
Provo had 114,527 residents in 2025, per the Census Bureau, in Utah County. Per the American Community Survey, 74% of homes in town heat with utility gas.
The maintenance team draws fewer comments than the office does. The comments it gets are positive, with residents calling the crew good at the work and friendly to deal with.
